About Career Club
A new all Thailand Golf / ATGC initiative helping golf professionals explore career pathways, education, workshops, content, and opportunities in and around the golf industry.
What Career Club is
Career Club is a developing career support initiative for golf professionals connected to all Thailand Golf / ATGC.
It is being created to help players and golf professionals think more clearly about their future, understand the range of roles available in the golf industry, and take small practical steps towards the next stage of their career.
This first version is intentionally simple. It gives members a place to start, explore options, complete the Career Planner, and register interest in future workshops and opportunities.
Career Club exists to make those options easier to see.

Why it exists
Many golf professionals spend years building knowledge, discipline, confidence, and experience through the game. But it is not always clear how those strengths can be used outside competition or alongside a playing career.
Career Club exists to make those options easier to see.
Career Club is here to help you get more from a life in golf, whether you're competing, planning ahead, or ready for a new role in the game.
More talent than you think.
A career in golf builds real, transferable strengths: discipline, leadership, communication, and more. Most professionals have far more to offer than they realise.
Career Club helps you see the full picture and find paths that match who you already are.

What Career Club helps with
Explore roles across the seven PGA-aligned areas: course & grounds, management, hospitality & travel, player support, tournament, equipment & retail, and media & digital.
Find out what types of learning, workshops, short courses, and future development options may be useful.
Learn from people who have built careers in and around golf, including players, coaches, managers, creators, and industry professionals.
Register interest in practical sessions designed to help members understand their options and plan their next steps.
Over time, Career Club may help connect members with relevant opportunities, partners, employers, and industry contacts.
Use the Career Planner to reflect on your own interests, experience, and the areas where your skills may be most useful.
Our role
Career Club is designed to act as a facilitator.
That means we help bring together useful information, people, content, education routes, and opportunities. Some learning may come through ATGC. Some may come through trusted external providers, industry experts, or future partners.
The aim is to build this carefully, learn from members, and improve the service step by step.
Where we are now
Career Club is currently in its first working version.
